Where is the Powerwall2 Downslider from max?

Hi

Just had a Powerwall2 installed.

So Tesla recommends not charging their home batteries to 100% right? (At least the non Lithium Iron Phosphate PW2 I’ve just installed)….

So if I want to set my PW to only charge to 90% capacity, how do I do that?!!!

I can’t move the slider down in the app from its 100% max setting….

Nope. Not at all. 4yrs, quite a few powerwalls, zero concern.

Zero ability to change it. If tesla didn’t want to deal with the warranty on capacity, and it was an issue/concern, they’d change it via software and hide it from your view.

Which other issue are you talking about?

You can change the reserve setting (what you want it to discharge to), but you cant change the top to make it stop charging at some specific level like the car.
