Having the hardest time finding a place!
    Recommendations are much appreciated.
(Model S with the new brake pad type (ie. flat on the back wheels, and no emergency brake. all in one)

Check out Speed & Tech Motoring LLC, Rashed 703-565-4508. He is close by your location. The work is top notch in NoVA. Check out the FB site, IG, and references for their work. Plenty of Teslas, Lambos, RRs, BMWs, etc. They do it all. You may end up getting more work there ;)

I know this is an old thread, but I messaged Speed & Tech -- they are not painting calipers at this time.

I also would love to know this along with a recommendation for powder coating the rims.

My son used NV Coatings to powder coat his stock wheels (glossy black, on an Audi A4). They did very nice work. Looks great and happy with the service and results.
