Why isn’t range upgrade available yet.

Why can’t we upgrade our standard model 3 to standard plus yet? I’ve upgraded to autopilot but still can’t upgrade to 240 miles.( Not talking about the SR- )

Is this the weird like 90 miles or so version Tesla sold to meet some kind of incentive standard that they didn't want anyone to actually buy?

Have you tried reaching out to Tesla to pay them the $4000 or whatever it is? I don’t know if it’s going to be a app upgrade like the other stuff (heated seats, FSD, premium connectivity, etc)

If they offered me a range increase option I'd probably take advantage of it. Rear seat warmers, not so much in my area of Canada. Nor FSD, I can't see the legislation in Canada allowing this to be used 'full-time' on all roads and streets anytime soon. But, increased range, you bet ya!

I believe the cost to upgrade from SR to SR+ is $4500, but that includes the extended range and autopilot.

Now that you only added autopilot for $2000, I am not sure how that's goona work, I think it's $3000 in this case.

I thought when they introduced this version the Canadian government said that if Tesla ever allowed those cars to upgrade, it disqualified all the cars from the incentive that Tesla was getting by having that base price.

But maybe I misremember are misunderstood at the time.

If you are seeing 220, you're only 8 miles off the fleet average for the MS SR+

I enjoy autopilot but think the SR+ is not the value proposition the SR and LR AWD are.
