I'm trying to edit the wiki page I just created and I get this error:

The following errors occurred with your submission
    Could not find phrase 'vault_title_change_error'.

Any idea what it means or how I fix/workaround it?

Also, how do I add the Contents block like in the "Guide to TMC Features" wiki.

    Thanks.

If you use the heading tags, the TOC should generate automatically. Try switching editor modes (the left most button in the editor tools) to see the code.

Normal member can't change thread titles if that's what that error means.

Wasn't trying to change titles. Was adding headings or just doing any text edit (adding the word "hello" fails with the same error).

I guess it's a permissions error, because I can't add any content though I see you're able to.
