Will it get quicker at no-cost? (MY Performance)

Hey guys, on the fence getting close to pushing the button (to buy) but just want to get some opinions.

Given that when the 3P came out, it was advertised at 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, and then months later dropped to 3.2.

What are the chances of MYP getting faster, either via paid upgrade or freebie?

My MYP arrived 21 Hours ago. I expect it will get a performance hike in a couple of month. But the really important hike will be in the FSD upgrades due before 2020 year end. I will gladly take the beta edition.

I've owned since 2012 and can say with absolute certainty, when Elon says, certain features "by the end of the year" - You can rest assured he didn't mean this year. LMAO

I think one could ass-ume there will be a quicker 0-60mph in the future but that’s a car they don’t want to have to play just yet. It’s an easy kill for when Audi/VW or even stupid Lucid tries to take the EV crown on a Friday night.

I think Tesla would be beyond silly to not have more up their sleeve performance-wise even if it hurts the longevity of the battery somewhat and they don’t acknowledge it to owners.

I think it depends on if he using the calendar from his home planet or his adopted planet? Based on his past performance it seems to me Elon Time is based on his home planet.

Congratulation on your purchase. We picked up an MY AWD non performance. I'm looking forward to any performance boost that may be offered in the future for the non performance, similar to what Tesla offered on the Model 3. Time will tell.
