Will Tesla ever give the RWD a performance boost ?

Probably not. It would take a lot of grip to accelerate harder with just RWD. More power would likely just trigger the traction control more often. AWD is your friend.

There is basically zero chance of this happening for RWD model 3s in my opinion.

EDIT.. I just realized this is in the model Y subforum, not model 3. US model Ys are not LFP (yet) so I am going to change my "basically zero chance of this happening" to "almost no chance, maybe 1 percent".

There is zero reason for Tesla to do this, or even look into doing it.

Performance differentiation is as much about marketing as it is anything else. Not much incentive for Tesla to make the cheap model any faster.
