Will Tesla match Carvana on trade-In?
carvana offering $2000 more.

When I bought my model 3 they told me they would match Carmax, however Carmax and Tesla had matching prices so I just traded in. I don’t know about Carvana.

Did you take them up on it? Up until this week when Carvana upped their offer Vroom had them beat by $100 or so, but the process sounded tedious so I think I would have done Carvana anyway. They came to my house with a check and we were done in 5 minutes, which was really painless.

No yet. Carvana is $6k less than vroom right now. How that's possible, I don't know.

My offer from Tesla was “diddley squat” and insulting. I sold my 2017 Lexus NX 300H for $4,300 more than their offer.

I get my Y this coming Wednesday. So far these are the offers I have received for my current Car

KBB $14100
Tesla $15200
Carvana $15100
Carmax $17500 (has visually inspected the car, so hard offer)
Vroom $19150

Now Vroom has not visually inspected the car yet, so I am expecting that to come down a little bit, but the offers speak for themselves.
