I stand corrected! I have to look at what version of the bill had the retroactive dates, bc I did see it somewhere.
It would make sense to make it retro back to the bill being signed into law as to not stifle end of 21 sales… however I have no hope of them actually thinking critically.

2- Get Performance or what ever you really want when/if EV credit gets past.
3- Pass down or sell this one. OR give to charity for tax deduction.

Aah. If someone took delivery on 5/23..it will hurt.Found this article that says the credit would be retroactive back to purchases made after May 24, 2021. There seems to be conflicting information out there right now so may need to be verified.
