My Y arrived today with a few issues, more pressing is a significant windshield crack on the bottom and a one inch scratch on the door.
I know I have 100 miles/24hrs to report but...
I made one ticket for the windshield and tacked on photos and info for the rest in the app. Is this the correct thing to do?
Also I can't get into an appt until August because I'm leaving on a long road trip to the east coast this Sunday. Will I be ok to have the windshield replaced when I return?
