Windscreen stone chip repair - Tesla service center appointment or local repairer?

Tesla had them in stock when I did mine, same day service with a loan car. Was all very smooth.

I have dropped my Model 3 off at Mulgrave , they said should be ready by 4 pm today

Got an uber voucher, but the wait for an uber in this peak hour is appalling

Tesla won't bill insurance though. So will have to claim after

I ended up getting Tesla to replace my windscreen. They did it within a couple of days and were cheaper than O'brien although CommBank insurance pays for it. But Tesla was quicker than O'brien and of cause original Telsa glass if that matters.
