With MCU2 HW1, any way to play video from a USB drive from aftermarket dash cam?

I’m still on MCU1 on my 2015 S85. We are considering upgrading to MCU2 if we can actually get some value out of it. I know I can’t get Sentry mode on my old hardware so I am shopping for an aftermarket dashcam from either Blackvue or Thinkware to be hardwired. I like the small units without a screen but I wanted to know if there was any way to take the card out and review footage using the MCU. If not, we would just use the phone but don’t see a need for MCU2 upgrade if it’s not going to aid in security cameras at all.
