Why are you considering two different tire sizes? You want all four tires to match on an AWD vehicle. That said, go with the first pair in 235/35/20 for OEM fitment.

Tire Rack chose this configuration, not me. I selected the vehicle, year and model. The other day it was showing 2 options including the Sotozeros and these ones (Alpin) with OEM for rear and front.

Tirerack's configurator is incorrect for the stock P3D+ wheels which are 8.5" x 20" all around. You should go with the stock 235/35-20 tires on all four wheels. The minimum recommended wheel width for the Alpins in 275/35-20 is 9".
Disregard, and go with four (4) equal width tires all around.
Given the cost of the 20" winter tires ($320 * 4), plus low profile tire mounting and balancing ($100+) to swap tires twice a year, you may be better off ordering a set of cheap 18" wheels and 18" winter tires from TR instead.
