Your $50K wish price for anything near a P85 w/AP1+, is a bit unrealistic right now. Maybe in about another year or so, you'll see a P85 for around that price.

Also, only a 60 manufactured in late 2016 will be eligible for the upgrade to 75.

Late 2014 S85 with AP1, leather and sunroof: purchased from Tesla for $53.6k. So, you should be able to get what you want. Talk to an advisor.

Just got my M3 config email, so will be selling my S85 Dec 2014 fully loaded including AP1, 27k miles, silver/black, original MSRP was $103k, will be selling it for somewhat more than your budget, PM me if interested. I haven't officially listed it yet.
