USB only supports charging and file-level access to storage - no streaming.
If there's an XM receiver that uses the same BT profile as a smartphone for audio streaming, then that might work, though you'd probably give up the ability to have a phone connected at the same time.
However... It is possible to listen to XM over BT by running the SiriusXM app on a smartphone. This only requires internet - no satellite. it has more stations than an XM radio receiver. Plus, you have the ability to pause and navigate in the program or listen to previously broadcast programs. And now that there are some live sports games, you can also pick between the home and road announcers for the games.
