Been getting set up at the shop and lots of Tesla models being done. Here’s a few pics of the cars and will have a few Y’s and S plaids to post in more detail sooner than later. Hope you enjoy the pictures and look forward to seeing some of you come to the shop. Postings will be done more often and some great incentives coming up as well 👍🏻

We had the pleasure to work on this awesome 2021 white Tesla Model Y. We put on a full coverage Xpel STEALTH clear bra paint protection film, and the job was amazing. Full coverage Xpel STEALTH installations normally take around a week to complete and as you see from the pictures we really go to town trying to wrap virtually every single edge and inch of the existing glossy white paint. Full coverage is the most common installation we do at Seattle ClearBra, be it Xpel ULTIMATE gloss or Xpel STEALTH satin finish. Unfortunately, there're no pictures with the satin red emblems yet, as we didn't get our shipment of paint for the emblems, till the day the Model Y was being delivered. We'll post some pictures next week when the client returns to have them installed as this is really going to make the Model Y stand out even more.

In addition to the Xpel STEALTH satin clear bra we also installed Stek Dynoflex windshield protection film to help protect the windshield from sandblasting, rock chips and scratches from the wipers on the glass. The Stek Dynoflex is a sacrificial layer that will take the abuse, while keeping the glass looking like new to help prevent the windshield from being replaced.

Xpel FUSION ceramic coating was applied after the clear bra installation was completed. This will help make washing the new Model Y very easy and prevent dirt from sticking. Ceramic coating may last 1-2 years if cared for and not taken through drive through car washes. Maintenance is by hand washing and using Xpel Boost every so often to help keep the Xpel FUSION hydrophobic and working right.

The last piece of the puzzle was to install 30% Xpel PRIME XR window tint that will stop near all UV and a good amount of infrared heat from entering the cabin on warm days. The best way to describe the effectiveness of the Xpel PRIME XR window tint is sitting under a shade tree on a hot day vs being in the direct sunlight. I'll add another post below this one to show the pictures of the 30% window tint applied.

Below is some pictures of the Xpel PRIME XR 30% window tint on the 2021 Tesla Model Y. The client went with 30% on the rear windows as well which will make them closer to a 10-15% VLT shade due to the factory tint already on the Model Y rear windows. This will give near 100% UV rejection and upwards of 60-70% infrared rejection as well, since we only use top quality Xpel PRIME XR ceramic tint vs simply using the cheaper color stable tints many other shop offer. There is an option to go up one more level to Xpel PRIME XR PLUS film, although in an ice aged rainforest like the Seattle region it's not normally needed, unless going with the 70% VLT shade, as you'll then get near as much IR rejection as the darker shades of tint, while not changing the looks of the window.

The most common installation is with 70% front windshield and 30% on all other windows. If you want pretty dark rear windows then you'd use 15%, or if you want to near black it out 5% would be the options although rare since it does make it hard to see out at night if no lighting outside.

The whole list of shades we offer at Seattle ClearBra are 70%, 50%, 30%, 15% and 5% VLT. VLT stands for Visible Light Transmission and the lower the number the darker the tint, and the more infrared heat rejection the film has.

Got some pictures of the satin red painted emblems. This is not vinyl or plastidip, they're actually painted emblems, so they should last a very long time without fading or peeling off. You can also see the water beading due to the Xpel FUSION ceramic coating that was applied to his Xpel STEALTH satin clear bra paint protection film. We can paint emblems most any color per sa, although satin red or gloss / satin black are the two most common colors done on Tesla installations.

Happy to say @jam21 made it in to drop off his Model Y for installation today as well. We now have his Model Y, a white Model Y performance getting Xpel STEALTH satin finish / Dynoflex windshield film and a Model S Plaid getting Xpel STEALTH, Dynoflex, Xpel FUSION ceramic coating and Xpel PRIME XR 30% tint all around except the front windshield at the shop in progress so many more photos to come.

They've finished @jam21 blue Model Y and turned out well. A few bubbles left to dry up, and had to replace the one window tint on the passenger side front window as it had some dried air bubbles in it, and the bottom of the film was catching the rubber seal on the door panel. Took about 20 minutes while he awaited. He had Xpel ULTIMATE Plus clear bra on the full front / luggage area, and Xpel PRIME XR 30% on the front windows to help match the rear windows and reject 99.9% UV with a decent amount of infrared heat rejection, whenever the sun decides to come back to the northwest.

Now we've moved onto a grey Model S Plaid that's in for a Xpel STEALTH full coverage, Dynoflex windshield protection and Xpel PRIME XR 30% tint on all side windows and 70% on the sunroof. Pictures will be upcoming of that installation.

Here's some pictures of the installation and finished job on @jam21 Model Y:

Tesla Model S Plaid Xpel STEALTH Satin Clear Bra PPF

As previously mentioned, here's the Tesla Model S Plaid that was just completed.

The guys installed the following:
  • Xpel STEALTH satin clear bra PPF paint protection film
  • Xpel PRIME XR infrared and UV rejecting ceramic window tint 30%
  • Xpel STEALTH screen protectors
  • Xpel STEALTH interior console protection
  • Xpel ULTIMATE Plus headlight and signal light protection
  • Stek Dynoflex windshield film
  • Satin black painted emblems. (Not cheap vinyl or plastidip, they're actually painted)
The results speak for themselves, and the guys did a great job with this one, with the client picking out excellent complimentary options for logo color, satin finish and a really classy looking window tint that will keep him within the law requirements in Washington State.

This is the second plaid this month, and look forward to many more of them, and all other models to come.

** November is nearly all filled up for installations and limited space left for appointments. Most of December is already booked out for Christmas holidays and appointments. If you're getting your Tesla soon and want a clear bra installation, please reach out as soon as possible as we'll soon be booking into January 2022 fairly soon **

Red Tesla Model Y the guys just completed for a great client.

The team installed the following:
  • Xpel ULTIMATE Plus clear bra paint protection film
  • Xpel PRIME XR window tint 30% front side windows and 70% on the rears
  • Gloss black painted emblems
The full coverage clear bra was installed on all painted panels along with the lights, tail lights, b-pillars. The interior screen already had a satin finished film applied, so they didn't need to cover it. Our client will be returning soon to do the door sills as a set of lighted Model Y doorsills were installed.

There's one space left open for installation for the week of the Nov 29- Dec 3, then the guys are booked up till Approx. Jan 7 2022

I'm not questioning your work but its a little odd that none of your clients are here providing feedback / testimony regarding their experience.

Anyone here on TMC have experience with this shop?

Are your prices above inclusive of the 15% forum discount or is calculated at payment?

Appreciate the reply / concern, and no problem on our end with this question. It's always best to have client reviews / pictures, on top of everything else. We've asked each client to provide a review, but can't force them to do so. We're sure in time, when they have a moment they'll come and post one or reply to this ongoing thread. We'll also reach out to them again, to see if we can spur that on. 👍

Exclusive of the discount, as it's about $1800 for the full front, with Tesla discount.

Thanks for the quick reply, understood on trying to strike a balance between encouraging customers to post and seeming pushy / "shilly".

Yo - I'm the owner of the red MYP that they just wrapped up. Been super busy with the thanksgiving holiday and all, I still plan on getting a full review out with some outdoor pics in the next week or two. I originally had an appointment with Metropolitan Detail made on Nov 1, but they are super busy and wouldn't have gotten around to me until mid January. I couldn't wait that long - found this post from Seattle ClearBra, and decided to try them out. No regrets. Definitely a new shop trying to build up clients, could probably use some help with marketing... but yeah, glad I found this post otherwise I would probably still be waiting to get PPF done.

Hi, the shop just did a great job on my Model S:

I have past experiences with other shops. Compared to the other shop, Seattle ClearBra did a better job I think, specifically:

- wrap PPF into the panel gaps so that I don't see any edges (you need to allow them to disassemble the bumpers while installation).
- one piece wrap on the mirror covers, so no seams. The other shop used 2 pieces so that I can see the seam.

I just finished a one week check-up after installation. Jergen looked around the whole body and took care of small bubbles and whatnots today.

Only downside is that they are ramping up their business so their office is not yet looking like a real shop 😅
Personally I don't care. Their techniques and knowledge are great and so far I'm very happy with the result 😀

Just had my MYP wrapped in XPEL Stealth from SeattleClearBra. I vouch for the quality of work this team does. With stealth, it is imperative that edges are covered as much as possible and they did an amazing job of doing that. They also have great customer service down to a science. Quick replying, answers to all questions/concerns, immediate address to issues after service is finished. If anyone has questions/concerns, I advise them to explore their Vancouver branch and take a look at the quality of work done there as well. 100% will go back im for any future jobs.

Thank you very much. The guys had great pleasure to work on you Tesla Model S Plaid and they try very hard to get near perfect on the installations. It is true, all office furniture is on backorder till early 2022 and are excited to get it all organized with a waiting area and little business center for those waiting around for short periods to be able to do their work while awaiting. You enjoy your prized Tesla and if every any concerns or questions reach out anytime.

Your Model Y looked awesome with the satin black emblems and Xpel STEALTH satin clear bra installed on the white. The black and white contrast is one of the guy's favorites and we look forward to doing a great deal more Tesla's over the coming months and years of service to our esteemed Greater Seattle clients at Seattle ClearBra. As mentioned to others and always say if ever a concern, comment or any issues at all reach out anytime.

Hey Everyone,

We've been incredibly busy and running behind with a lack of time to post our latest updates. This said, we're in the process of adding our new pictures to the computer and will be uploading some the the recent installations including a couple Model S and Model X Plaid installations, plus many more.

With spring coming on quickly, we recomend to reach out as soon as possible, so they're no delays getting in for coverage.
