Yet another "in spec" question

We took delivery on an inventory model S last week. I'm getting the runaround with Tesla just to have this looked at (will post on that separately). It has a front bumper misalignment that cases the passenger side cover to stick out. I'm trying to decide if we should just give up on this. I'd like it fixed if they will fix it, but if they are just going to say "in spec", then I'd just as soon cut my time and aggravation losses sooner than later. Any predictions?

That's certainly not in-spec and I've had smaller issues on my Model S remediated.

I'm not even that picky as I get older, but the OP's picture of the bumper misalignment would seriously annoy me. If my mom (who doesn't care at all about cars) can notice it, then it isn't "in-spec". :p
