Your favorite roof rack accessories (bike, ski/snowboard/cargo box)

I am new to the roof rack game and wanting to familiarize myself with some of your favorite 3rd party accessories for hauling things such as bicycles, snowboards, and cargo boxes using a Model 3 and OEM roof rack. I assume many of you are using Yakima or Thule accessories? Can you provide some suggestions based on your positive/negative experiences with specific products?

OP already has the OEM roof rack and is soliciting accessories to go with that rack.

I've been looking into bike racks. Tried one but it didn't fit well. Also, since the OEM crossbeam is curved, I'm not sure how to keep bikes perpendicular to the ground if there are 2 bike racks attached. I guess I could shim the bike rack?

I'm also planning to get a ski rack. Looking into the Yakima Fatcat Evo.
