Zero notification keeps disappearing

So I noticed this red notification box has had a zero in it for a week or two now, even though I have no new notifications. See attached screen shot. Thanks.

Some others have noticed this too. For me it's only on my iPhone (iPhone 6S) in portrait mode. On my iPhone in landscape mode or on any desktop browser I don't see it. (So I can make it appear and disappear on my iPhone depending on which orientation I'm holding it.) It looks like you're using an Android phone? Wouldn't be surprised if it's pretty much the same issue.

This came up in some other thread, and the site developers are aware of it.

Ash yes, I see the issue only in portrait mode. And I can confirm the issue exists on Android - on two different devices.
