For use on LTE, yes. On Wi-Fi, it should work for everyone. There's no precedent of an app being relegated to Premium subscribers only, so far.

Now if only they would add Apple Music and Amazon Music so that we are not having to choose Bluetooth or Tidal which somehow still doesn't have a shuffle button.

If you zoom (ha!) in you'll see a PIP that shows her image coming from the cabin camera (above the rearview mirror).

I guess this is cool to have, but it won't be too useful for me. But since the cabin camera can be used for things other than driver monitoring, I'm hoping that at some point they allow viewing of the cabin camera on the app when Dog Mode is on.
