10% better range by servicing brakes

In the fall of 2022, I attempted to service my brakes (clean and grease). I was able to do the rear brakes, but didn't do the front. It appears that my early 2020 AWD MY has performance brakes up front (although grey), and these require an E18 socket that I didn't have.

1. Remove shroud covering the washer fluid and brake reservoir, just lift up around edges. Remove trim around latch by pu...

After putting a little over 194,000 miles on my 2017 Model S 100D, I took Tesla's offer to transfer the free unlimited supercharging to a new Model Y.

I have only made one drive so far, 190 miles from the sevice center to my home.

FSD 11.4.7.3 The latest disaster

I've been testing FSD since Jan 2022. The software improved from Jan 2022 to approx Nov 2022. Since then, it's been one disaster after another, often the newer release fixed a problem created by the prior release. The latest is no exception. Here's a summary of the latest disasters:

Tesla car design is on the wrong track?

Tesla has been doing so many things right, it pains me to zero in on something pretty basic that I think they've been doing badly, or maybe I should say erratically. I'm referring to vehicle design.

I don't mean styling. All credit to Franz. He's done fantastic work with the basic vehicle concep...
