You have to wait for the plates. You need the assigned plate number and signatures of the registered owners.

I mailed my application 12/7. My check was cashed today. This is the worst case scenario.

After submitting the DMV docs, 4 weeks for plates and 5 weeks for title. With home delivery, you are instructed to drop off the signed documents at FedEx. I physically dropped mine off at my Local Service Center.

I would not go through any automatic carwash, especially those with brushes. If you are in a pinch, go touchless however they use harsh chemicals to strip the surface grime.

I called my SA at Buena Park and she said that they are only doing home deliveries at this time. The EoQ rush is close. I think they are saving space for those that live far from the service center.

Mine is tomorrow. Home delivery though. May we both get flawless vehicles.

On the documentation, my order date moved from 5/22 to 8/30. My SA said that I go back into the queue with any vehicle changes. Perhaps it’s EOQ timing but I want to believe that my previous May OD somehow prioritize my MYP order.
