Placed an LR order on 1/10 and modified the order to the refresh on 1/30. Just chatted with my SA and was now told May-June as delivery date.

Probably, but I don't remember the exact steps right now.. What I am worried about is that since this has happened for the 3 time, if this due to an issue with the mechanism or something that I am doing (like opening and closing the doors too fast) that triggers this issue.
