Did you have any issue with getting a mobile connector (3 pin) from them?, not sure if it’s the case for the UK but you have to buy them separately now I think. Although if you order prior to (late?) April you should still get it for free

If it’s an EU-bound order, you can check on hoegh’s website somewhere whether your VIN is in the manifest, if it’s a UK order or not on a HOEGH ship; you have to speculate based on your EDD/delivery date

I've been waiting a week since booking, apparently they do it once the location receives the car so maybe 5 or so days after your ship comes in? I managed to get some quotes based on just what the car is (no vin)
