Easiest way to find it is to log into your Tesla account, open a new tab and then use this URL: https://www.tesla.com/teslaaccount/oxp-bff-api/user-orders

if the 'vin' field says 'null' or just quotation marks, you haven't got one assigned yet, otherwise you will see your VIN there.

I am eagerly awaiting my VIN text (hopefully i get one and not the lease company) on/around 7 November as the ship nears the Suez canal on it’s way to Southhampton for a 16 Nov arrival.

This whole process is so annoying. The worst buying experience, EVER.

You have to just keep checking the page source every day to see it appear in the 'vin' field. It's called the hidden VIN because it isn't on the front-end 'visual' render of your account page, it's in the HTML code of the page.

Same. Apparently Tesla haven't assigned all the cars out yet. I should try and remain positive, but given how many EDD's I've seen since ordering, I'm not holding my breath

I’ve had my test asking me to schedule my collection booked for the 24th November (earliest date available). Presume the official vin text will follow in a few weeks. Anymore vins?

Mine has only just changed to asking for the deposit this morning, got a feeling Im going to get an EDD push back soon. Have all you guys with VIN's paid deposits etc?

Ignore the text, don't pay until you got confirmation and a vin of a pick up date on the website, you'll then have 48 hours to submit it before your official pick up
