Thats the only thing i look forward in the morning going to work, driving my car. It put smile on my face. Car has been great to me, been exactly one year and i love it as much as the first day. It gets better with OTA updates and even some 5% power boost among other cool features.

This sucks, happens to best of us not only with cars but with many items. Warranty ends and item fails soon after. I agree with others, try to buy extended warranty retroactively, ask for discount or sell the car. Good luck

That does not make sense. When ordering, price is displayed so thats the price both parties agreed to pay. Tesla would not likely do that. If price goes down, they often honor it if ordered within short period of time. You should be fine.

Not yet, allegedly end of year. HW3 does not do anything extra now. I bought my FSD last night and some stock today. I believe Elon and his vision. His timeline is something to work on, but he does deliver. Price will go up likely next week or Tesla will offer extension for those that missed.

Maybe nothing has been announced for August 16th yet? Elon/Tesla said they would increase it and keeping true to their word... until they might decrease it again. Similar to what they are doing to Free Unlimited Supercharging (FUSC), helps with cash-flow or whatever.

Seems its worded for both AP and EAP, but email should have only went out those with EAP. I am still on the fence to drop $3k now and hopefully something useful will come out within my car lifespan or as some others said, invest $3K and use it down the road if needed. I am pretty happy with EAP.
