Sounds like a good deal but not a great deal given the lack of warranty and extra mileage. Tesla had a few CPO P85Ds in the late 60s earlier and prices should come down to the late to mid 60s. Can you negotiate further on the price due to lack of warranty?

I'd say what is even less cost effective is not pricing the CPO inventory to sell, overprice a large portion of the CPO inventory, and let the cars depreciate for months and months without selling. Model S sales are probably primed for a huge increase when the interior update is rolled out, especially if combined with new Gigfactory batteries.

I'm not sure if even Tesla knows the answer to that question. They add and remove large numbers of cars from the inventory all the time followed by both large price increases and decreases every now and then as well. Makes it very exciting to buy a CPO car :rolleyes:

It would be a lot more cost effective for Tesla to fix minor issues using mobile service technicians than full fledged service center visits with loaner cars.

I really hope they designed the Intel update so that the processing module can be upgraded/retrofitted. They can probably make a bunch of money doing these retrofits probably selling $1,000 in parts for over $2,000!
