Sorry, let me clarify. Obviously you can LOWER the lid using the inside handles. That's not CLOSING it, though. The idea with the licence plate doohickey is to do it with one hand. You only get the steaks if you can lower AND CLOSE the lid using the inside handles.

It's low and that might be the only problem. Also there are no "oh *sugar*" handles, so my very tall husband struggles a bit to haul himself back out!

They don't work with the struts. Neither myself nor my very strong husband are strong enough to "underhand throw" the truck closed from inside the trunk. Do you have the struts? They are very strong and need make it so you need quite a substantial force to close the trunk.

I have it and i like it, personally. I can organize the stuff i want in there, but it'll depend on what you want to keep in there of course. It does fit my charging adapter.

I don't recommend the Taptes mats. I thought the passenger side fit funny, and my trunk and frunk mats were lost in shipping and Taptes basically told me to pound sand. Would not make me whole. Very disappointed in the service and experience from them.

I have a neighbor with a 3 who uses 110 overnight. I'm planning on asking him if i can stop by with my car and my charger and see if my equipment really is faulty. Just couldn't do it yet - but it's going to the top of my priorities now!

I really don't know. I plugged the 110 charger they gave me into two sockets in the garage and one in my hallway and got a charging equipment fault every time.

I think that's a FSD feature now. I don't have enhanced autopilot, just the autopilot that comes standard now.

I just got the car so i thought there was something wrong with my pixel. The phone key had maybe worked one time in the 36 hours I've owned the car. I'll try uninstalling the app like suggested above.

I'd like to be able to charge two phones, but also have a USB to record dashcam and sentry footage. I only have 2 USB ports in the front, though. Should i get a splitter for the phones and plug the USB in directly? Use the back USB for the second phone? What do you guys recommend?

I did it the day i got the VIN on my actual page, which was the day they texted me up set up my delivery, which was two days before my appointment.

I just went in and clicked "I don't want to trade it" right under where it said my trade in was pending and it immediately took it off. I did it less than 24 hours before my delivery appointment and it worked, so I think you should be okay.
