Really depends. I've seen stations operating about 30 days after the message board has noticed. I've also seen stuff pending for over a year after permits filed so it's a toss up. I'd say March is a good bet though. They seem to be accelerating instals lately, even in rural areas.

The supercharger deployment team has most likely been revamped, or given extra attention in the past 6 months. With rolling out access to other cars they know they need to get these installed ASAP.

The supercharger at Buccees in Wharton, TX is behind the building. I was annoyed, but then realized I had no time to go inside as the car was already at the level of charge I needed.

If you have trouble with the month to month usage cost of a Tesla you should think about selling it. Especially since your surroundings have recently changed and you only have access to supercharging. if your job transferred you to Japan you wouldn't pay the cost of exporting your car to Japan...

I drive by the original building occasionally and I notice that the available sign is still advertising the space, even up to a month or so ago. Maybe they decided to pull out of the original building?

This factory is also meant to be a public destination. Elon said there will be all kinds of things to do there eventually, especially factory tours. It WILL open to the public, but maybe not until the factory is finished.

I hope this doesn't prevent picking up a Cybertruck at the factory after taking a tour.

Update 2: after completing charging and sentry not being on at home my car sleeps and won’t wake up for anything that isn’t opening the door.
