Just back in from checking it out. It seems the wiper is loose. I hand tightened it (hard) and it went up to service height. Now the arm rubs against hood. Something is out of whack. Now I have that to fix later too. Roadside assistance would just be a tow, right?

I had mine stop working after a service appointment (tail light and chargeport alingment). They didn't plug it back in. One thing to check, does the backlighting work in the dark? If it's not backlit, it may not be properly connected.

Has anyone had issues with user settings changing/not saving consistently since the last update? I'm currently on 2020.48.26 and my wife's seat/wheel/mirror settings aren't always going to their saved positions even though her name shows up. Mine seem to be fine, oddly.

When we did our first long trip (1300 miles RT) we used an ipad propped up on console with screen timeout off and streamed SiriusXM. It worked well and switching channels was easy. Not a short trip solution, but I was reminded how much I miss the service.

My wife and I alternate driving our Model Y and there was no way I was going to take the flak for the phone key not working, even once. Fob has worked flawlessly and removes that potential issue. I ended up liking it and buying one for me two. They are linked to driver, so settings engage on D too.

I have the same issue. They worked fine until I had my Y in for taillight fix (they were sticking way out on delivery). Now neither button works and I don't hear the seat motor noise. Hopefully its just something that came unplugged.
