If it doesn’t load then you just click on a different source, so FM radio, and then back and Spotify has instantly loaded. It is annoying when it doesn’t load though, it seemed to have been fixed with one of the recent updates but didn’t last.

I don’t know but the traffic routing still works in the Tesla without Premium, you just don’t have a visual indication. You can’t get satellite images at all on the BMW as far as I am aware, certainly not any BMW I have had before.

I love the satellite maps to be honest, it’s one of the things that impresses people the most when they sit in the car. I also just like how integrated everything is without having to activate my hotspot every time. Well worth £10 a month to me.

Tesla won’t give you anything unless you are going to end up with less than the standard trial period they offer as part of the spec of the Car.

They should get 12 months of premium connectivity.

So after about the 5th try I have had the option added onto the app by my lease company. They clearly have to do something manually and it doesn’t look like they have any grand plan to do everyone in bulk.

This talk of Tesla sorting it out on mass in the next few days would be good, I just can’t rely on my lease company to do it manually which I fear it will come down to when you hear tales of people ringing up and eventually getting someone to enable the feature in the app.

Has anyone had any feedback from Zen auto on what’s happening? I have tried to contact the person who set me up with my lease and had no response and the one time I got someone on the phone they had no clue what I was talking about and said they would pass it on but I have heard nothing?

Hold your finger over any of the tiles in the menu and then the others appear and allow you to drag them into the bottom bar. The seats become additional ones where are things like the steering wheel take up one of the 5 slots.

I really hope we don’t all have to individually chase our lease companies on this.

Why are you not on an EV tariff like Octopus Go? Costs me around 2p per mile for the electricity. I came from an incredibly efficient Diesel Passat and at best I was getting 55mpg by really cruising on motorways, what Diesel were you getting 60mpg with?
