Recent update 2022.28.X fixed it for me. No "vision system degrade" errors, and it works with sentry on.

Haven't used it much at all, but I do get the "vision system degraded" and "summon unavailable" (or whatever the wording is errors alternating rapidly, like multiple times a second. I found that if I move it forward/back for even half a second, then it'll stop and smart summon will work...

There's that long checklist you can use, but really you want to just check for any external issues right away. Any scratches, paint issues, the type of stuff you want them to note ASAP. You have 100 miles after delivery to report stuff.
