Thanks for the reply. I received my VIN and had the same results as you so I would safely say it no longer works. At least not at the end of a quarter when things are really close from VIN to delivery.

Simple. They know if they tell you a date and they miss that date you will blame them and bug them over and over and over and over. So easier to just say they don't have the information so you will leave them alone. That simple.

I read that you could view the web page source on your account page and fine EncodedVIN before it would show up on the actual page. Does that still happen and if so how long is it there before it shows up on your actual account?

Good luck proving it was them unfortunately. Unless the tech owns up to it or you pointed out your pristine wheels before and showed the curb rash before you drove away you are probably going to be out of luck unfortunately.

Maybe some sort of camera issue? But you would think you would get warnings for that. You might just drop by a Tesla service center and ask about it. I am sure they can take a minute to talk to you and even take a quick peak at it if needed.

Do they release VIN's at night or during the day as well? If only at night it will prevent some of us from pressing the refresh page several times a day!

My guess is they are asking for the Finance documentation that will be needed for 3rd party financing. At least that is why I need the information. the requires the actual signed Purchase Agreement. But again that is just a guess.

Mine does not either. But that is just the order agreement. The purchase agreement you will get after you are assigned your VIN should show the 1500 CA Clean Fuel Reward. I am just guessing this to be true as I do not have mine yet.

Yea I get that companies like to advertise with Logos and all but the same goes for the Rally mud flaps. I would never use them simply because they feel the need to place a large logo on all 4 mud flaps. They look quality but that to me is a bit much.

Yea I think some are putting the EDD date in as their delivery dates not knowing any better.

Did you have to okay the radar removal and if so did that happen when you got the VIN or before that time. Were you checking during the day yesterday and your VIN appeared overnight? MYP on order and waiting for the VIN myself. Also when was your profile completion date if you don't mind sharing?
