Our trip to Las Vegas, Nevada started in earnest yesterday, with two new ones: #832, 05/14/23, Beaverton, OR #833, 05/14/23, Tillamook, OR I won’t be able to add too many new ones until the return trip, as most of the territory we’ll be covering on the way there has been covered many times before.

Well, the shudder has officially returned to my 2019 Raven Model S! I had the service bulletin fix performed in August of 2021, but I have not put that many miles on it since then. Super annoying, to say the least. I have about 4 months left on the warranty, but the car will have to go to...

I drove by today just to check out the area again. There is not any existing area in any of the parking lots that would be very good for a Supercharger site, but there were empty and undeveloped areas adjoining the Lowes lot that would make sense. I then looked up the permits using the new...

Although it is only at the permit stage, I will take a look at the area this morning to see if there are any markings or such. This would make better sense than the address listed in the leak. I guess we will find out what address they use soon enough.

The address seems to put it in the intersection. I was actually expecting it to go in at the Target, which this is close but not quite. I guess that we shall see...

Well, I haven't updated Maui's count in quite a while, so I took care of that today. I added 77 for Maui, bringing our "counted" total to over 700. I would wager a guess that we probably have nearly 1500 on island by now, with most of the new ones being the Model Y, as one might expect.

My wife and I are doing a Japan cruise in April, and plan to spend a little time before we set sail exploring a few areas. I just started looking at the Japan SC placement, but don't expect to be able to do much about it. It would be nice to get one or two, at least, if it worked out! :)

Tesla is adding 4 urban chargers to Tremonton. They aren’t operational yet, but they will definitely help once they are. This sight is full often.

Thanks! I’ll try to post a brief trip summary a little later. I can say that from the day I arrived on the mainland back on August 11th, I put just over 13,700 miles on the odometer. Not earth shattering for this group I know, but that is still a LOT of miles!

Somebody has got to tell me what it is about Buc-ees! I stopped at one to charge in Georgia (Fort Valley), and there must have been at least 600 cars in the parking lot!
