Was called yesterday for a follow up service appointment and was offered to have HW3 installed at the same time. It wasn't available for me a couple weeks ago, so hopefully another sign of a stronger rollout. Or maybe I just got lucky!

I'm glad things have improved there. My end of Q3 2018 was far from smooth (over 5.5 hours) and the delivery center was complete chaos.
