@GeoG I asked the service team. Expected behaviour, swapping the unit won’t achieve better results. Mostly seems related to Apple’s coil placement on newer / Max phones VS where it is on the pad itself.

Is it me or all Superchargers that are supposed to be on-site of an IGA have been really slow to progress if not stalled?

As much as I want more Superchargers in the Ottawa area, I really want one in the East. Rideau doesn’t count!
