UPDATE: FIXED! The SC replaced the lateral links and aligned the car. No more clicking.

‘23 4680 Model Y. Been in SC twice for an issue they still haven’t fixed. Went under today to measure these holes so I can get pucks and this is what I find. Are these people serious? I mean really… are they serious? Who treats someone else’s $55k car like this? Cant even align the jacks right?

Oh for sure. I am having a friend who’s a suspension expert come by to take a look to see if I can make a recommendation to the service center. This is just crazy. $58,000 and they can’t figure out what’s clicking — esp that loud! Sad.

It’s clearly a suspension issue they can’t figure out. If they can’t figure it out, how do they know it’s not a safety issue which falls under lemon law?

They said they tried while it was on the lift and that they had multiple people with their hands on parts to figure it out. But who knows — they also said they test drove it after the tie rod… the clicking was still there and the alignment was so jacked up I had to drive it back… so obviously not.

Mine just needed tightened to the track by the service center. Painless

I know it’s probably not, but this feels like antitrust collusion of some kind. While more chargers is great, something about this doesn’t sit right with me.

You need to get a quote from Carvana for your Lexus ASAP. I had a 2015 Lexus IS 250 with 62,000 miles on it and they gave me $21,000. You can do the quote quickly online. Highly recommend… the dealer WILL low ball you. Tesla only offered me $17k, so I sold it to Carvana.

Don’t stress too much — i consider myself a perfectionist and I was so stressed about the quality. It’s great. You’ll love it and the GitHub checklist will cover everything for you.

Call the local Tesla sc, ask for them. When you call, it makes you think you’re connected to the main Tesla line, but I always get someone local.

They increased the prices. If you already ordered yours, it won’t appear on the site as it’s been removed from inventory :)

Once they’re out of inventory, they disappear from WFT. You can see current inventory build date by clicking on what model you want to search on the homepage.

Last year when they tried to sell MYAWDs, they ended up delaying for months — refunding order fees and everything. I’ll be so ****ing pissed if that happens here - esp because they advertised them as “existing” and they keep dropping more fake inventory on the website.

Makes me want to sell my TSLA position… can’t sustain business like this. Americans especially are highly sensitive to poor customer experiences. This is so bad.

Then they should give people the option of getting a refund of their $250 if they miss the credit. That’s how you remedy a service experience issue. It’s not our fault they have piss poor resource planning.

It’s crazy because they have the build date showing as 3/5 for a ton of the AWD in inventory right now… why aren’t they building the ones we ordered? I literally don’t understand.
