I also requested for possibility of registration before EOFY or at the least provide Zero balance invoice but was denied both.

I ordered for my business, paid EFT last Wednesday to take the payment delays out of equation and calling them daily but just hearing back saying to wait for the SMS. Looking at the posts, looks like its a mess and no one can help Sydney customers compared to other locations which I guess is due...

Is this a free service using VIN in NSW Service, how did you check your registration?

Not sure why but they could at least register before EOFY for people willing to pay upfront which they are not doing

are you a Business customer? If so, I think you still have a chance and might be that Tesla still trying to prioritize business over personal for EOFY tax benefits

Its unfortunate. I guessed it would be the case for such a delay EDD. They should have somehow tagged you to a cancelled order or should compensate in some way.

Hey, for guys waiting on Morning Crystal that unloaded 19 Jun (Monday). I just received "Your MY has arrived in Australia" SMS from Tesla and to complete any pending tasks including payment.

Check your VIN in this link RoRo Also get build date from your Tesla account > Invoice and try to match the vessels in this link Asia to Oceania | Armacup You should be able to find the vessel in which your cars is from one of the above 2 links and then track that vessel movements till Port Kembla

The other part in their control is not misleading especially in terms of EOFY as many of us planned based on that and it impacts our finances quite a lot.

Does these activities (unloading, quarantine, customs clearance & car washing) carried out at Port Kembla during weekends as well. My car is on Morning Crystal scheduled to get moored today evening. So trying to figure out my chances of getting delivery before EOFY.

Did you track which ship your car was on? I guess if it was offloaded at Melbourne port you should have got it delivered by now. Might be that your car was on a ship not getting to Melbourne and offloaded at a different port (guess Port Kembla) and on the way to Melbourne on road.

Good to see people receiving SMS soon after Grand Eagle moored. Wish you all get the delivery too before EOFY 👍

For now this is the latest and also looks realistic as we are close to the date. Sometime today there will be an update on this site You are being redirected... which I guess will have (no change) the same date 16th Jun for Morning Crystal

I guess that is what they are referring to as port congestion. Same happened with Viking Passama & Elegant Ace before where it took 5 days. Now with Euphrates Highway Berth 105 & Hoegh Bangkok berth 107. EOFY....:rolleyes:

Yup, I tried the same over the phone and the same response that they don't have any control. Looks like most of them (Tesla reps) don't have the info that we are gathering from this community.

Location-Sydney, OD 9 Jan, MY Standard White+Black interior, VIN assigned 22 Apr with Exactly same BD-14/4 & EDD- 31May-21Jun. I am guessing its on the vessel (Morning Crystal) waiting on Brisbane shores. If it gets docked as planned on 22/05 then we might see our VIN appearing on RAV search...
