There are a bunch of M3's at the delivery centre now, guessing they are having the parts changed there. Hopefully this means we will soon be able to put this saga behind us and enjoy the actual car

Spoke to Tesla Perth this morning and it wasn't ideal news for all us waiting for a delivery from the first batch. They did say that they have received the part and are working through it as fast as they can, but noted that it is slow progress - "there is no imminent delivery and my best guess...

Was out near the airport today picking a friend up, took the chance to drive past the driver training business which is home to the M3's at the moment. Not sure how many have been moved to Osborne Park, but by the looks of it - not many!

ha, yeah paid in full. Ordered 15th September so I was a couple of weeks late to the party. At least its a leap year so Tesla have a slightly higher chance of delivering these damn cars at some point in Feb!

Honestly I'm not putting too much thought into the EDD's. I suspect it's all just done on an algorithm and when the system sees no bookings it pushes back + x weeks. We just need the OK to resume deliveries and it'll all change again... and hopefully soon :)

My delivery is in around 2 weeks so hopefully the local service tech's can order a square hole punch from AliExpress in time to not delay it :)

Marvelous Ace left port in Singapore and is now heading this way :) Will see if it makes up time or if the Fremantle arrival pushes back slightly, the EDD window for these cars starts 21st Jan so we should hopefully see the first new M3's on WA roads in the next few weeks

Pretty sure the Fremantle Ports expected movements page just updated - it's now showing Marvelous Ace coming in at 22:30 on 9th Jan, and then departing at 23:00 on 11th Jan. From memory it was due late night on the 8th Jan before now?

Still no movement on Marvelous Ace out of Singapore yet, but my EDD just moved forward a couple of weeks to Jan 21 - Feb 11

I cant remember the exact process but I was able to get approval through CBA without a VIN a few weeks ago, using the online application system. I don't think it will delay you getting your VIN, my payment section was still showing as 'pending' yesterday morning and I received my EDD and VIN...

I think all Tesla deliveries come direct from China to Fremantle now, or at worst with a connection in Singapore. Guessing the DJ transfer ship is for other vehicles maybe

Looks like the M3's were on Pleaides Spirit all along, it just got to Singapore this morning and the VIN's look like they generated shortly afterwards. They will then get transferred to Marvelous Ace which gets into Fremantle on 8th Jan (11pm) according to Fremantle Port. Does anybody know how...

I just checked and the WA deliveries were on Pleaides Spirit, which docked in Singapore earlier this morning. They sit there until Jan 3rd, then getting picked up by Marvelous Ace which gets into Fremantle on Jan 9th.

Same, VIN arrived with the same EDD today. Ordered Sept 18th

Went into Tesla Perth just now for a quick finance enquiry. The SA asked for my RN, so I logged into the app and there is a delivery date there (7 - 28 feb). Quite to surprise for me and the SA who said it was the first they’d seen! Now to get home and start tracking the ship!

I think (hope) Gracious Ace may be our best chance, leaves China around 7th Jan, going via Singapore and getting into Fremantle around 23rd Jan. Couple of comments on Facebook about Perth getting Vin's around the first week of January or so, which sort of lines up. WA(it) and see, I guess!!

It is a fair bit longer of a shipping time though, and I think the ship that a lot of the UK ones are on (Titus) left Shanghai a couple of days ago which may explain why the VINs have been sent out now
