A few live streams back they tried to run it off their own servers and I think that's why it crapped out. If I remember correctly last time they actually used live stream or youtube (or some other 3rd party service) and it worked fine.

assuming the header photo is the same car as the interior photo (additional photos show same white color so it probably is) it is sharing a charge with the car beside it. That could be the reason.

I think more people would benefit from a standard 48 amp charger and the ability to directly connect a CCS in beside the Tesla plug.

They need to upgrade their superchargers to V3 asap if they really want people to upgrade (this is assuming current cars won't be able to take advantage of faster charging)
