A lot of good info in this thread but its now a year old. Per the Tesla website, any car loan with them requires $10,000 down and is priced at 3.75%. Anyone recently get better pricing?

I just looked at EV-CPO side and there are almost zero cars available with AP2.....what is the main difference between AP1 and AP2?

Lots of good feedback, thank you very much! So to summarize, it seems like if you want an extended warranty, you either buy a CPO, or a car directly from an individual and purchase an ESA from Tesla? p.s. The ESA does seem very expensive.

Reading story after story on this site of issues with CPO's, why not buy from a third party, especially if the most expensive part of the car is the battery pack, which has an 8 year, unlimited mile warranty? I searched to see if this question was answered and could not find an answer, so I...

@MorrisonHiker I called Tesla finance just yesterday, and they told me that the free supercharging was ONLY for the owner, and if that owner sold their car, it would NOT transfer to the new owner.

You are comparing a $50K car to a $120K car, no fair.

So if the M3 has a 310 mile range, better than most MS ever produced, can we reasonably expect that in the near future MS's will have a range well above 310?

Is the $35K even relevant beyond being the initial starting point? Most folks will add adaptive cruise, self driving capabilities, premium colors, etc., so you are looking at a typical car in the 50's and even $60's.

Yes, it was warm, as I had driven about 50 miles. However, it was the same exact situation when it got to 360 miles per hour of charging.

I used the new SC in Florida City today and a cop was giving tickets to not one but two cars that had illegally parked there. I was the only Tesla there, and my sweep got no higher than 180 MPH, when in the exact same situation last week, the charge rate reached 350, so I dont understand the...

I agree with this post. I sometimes park in my driveway and because the outlet is near the garage door, I can still easily charge.

I assume the battery power and technology will be available for a price, what I am most interested is the size of the car, especially the interior.

We all had a decent idea of the size of the S and X....but we really dont on the 3...to me that is the biggest reason to want to see sit in one before purchasing it.

On your second opinion, I have a 70, and could pay to upgrade my range, so the same assumption should apply to me?

I have the same issue and was told to keep the browser on google, so that it didnt continually try to refresh. Its been about a week, and that seems to have solved the problem.

Isnt the 3 supposed to be significantly smaller than the S? From that picture, they look relatively the same length.

I join the chorus of being disappointed with the nav system. In addition to the issues noted above, I also find that the real time traffic time estimate is almost always grossly incorrect.
