It hangs right around 244-247. I remember the electrician saying my voltage was on the high side 5 years ago when he tested the plug he installed. I think he said it was because of proximity to the transformer, which is right across the street.

Should have mentioned, result is the same with my UMC, also on a 40 amp breaker.

I tried raising it manually. As soon as I hit 26 it drops itself back down to 23. HPWC is max 32, 40 amp breaker.
