Maybe a noob question, but why would these banks participate in this cap raise, when they can just buy the stock on the open market? Im sure they could strategically buy the shares without moving the price too much.

GF3 production will lower the price of China Model 3's by a significant amount. This should pump up demand there.

How come X3 and X5 arent included in this?

The ships didnt reach Europe/China until the very end of March, so some of the deliveries were pushed into April.

Don't forget, Tesla has filled 5 ships with cars in April. Thats maybe 15k cars produced but not yet delivered. If they are producing 6k per week, that leaves at most 9k left to deliver in the US + inventory.

What is the most they have delivered in the first month of a quarter? 20k in month1 of 2018Q3?

I dont know if this was mentioned, but now with autopilot included, upgrades to FSD should go way up. Im guessing there were many people who wanted FSD, but didnt want to pay for both EAP and FSD.

I agree with this..Also, even if Tesla does not have the current production capacity, to all of the people oblivious to Tesla, its a lot easier to convert someone before they start hearing all of the FUD out there.

I think if their intention was to cover up a shaky deliver report, they would announce the FSD day AFTER they release the report.

At this point i believe the only thing cause this stock to break out will be when legacy carmaker sales collapse. With the 35k model 3, reduced price points for all models, model y unveliing, this could happen within the next 2 quarters.
