Yes. Apparently they moved to a new sensor and have found it to be incompatible. Have had mine changed back to the “old sensor”. Be very careful with your doors. They will not be sensing close by objects - and will hit stuff.....you need the old sensors on your car - pronto

Do you use AirPods? It’s not a syncing issue. Other person will hear your voice “crackling” if you use your phone with AirPods and then use on car without toggling on/off Bluetooth after using AirPods. Took car to SC and they said it’s a known problem with the iPhone X

I thought this was an iPhone issue. Apparently Hondas have the same issue.

Also - it only happens once you have used your AirPods...otherwise is very stable.

Tried again this morning. Issue persists unfortunately. Only way I have found that I can resolve it is to toggle off and on Bluetooth from Settings / Bluetooth (notification centre toggle does not work)

Subject to some further testing. But I also just updated to 11.2.1 and did a screen reset on the car. All seems working fine for the moment! Also the “rapid dial sound” went away...

I am on 11.2 - not 11.2.1. I did reset the screen - and it did not work (albeit on 11.2). Yes - I do get the rapid touch tone and then silence (although had not noticed till today)....so don’t know if its new - of just unnoticed... Anyway - let me try 11.2.1 and a screen reset and report back...

Did that. But with AirPods now off, I get the issue I spoke about. Only way I have found to be able to reset if toggle off and on from settings, Bluetooth.

Long message - sorry. @Daniellane - It’s both. The output is “lower volume” and the microphone is muffled. @BigMskiman - Progress, indeed...but seem to have uncovered an issue. Tried on two Model Xs already. Need others to see if they can replicate as well: @All - If you have a Tesla, iPhone...

Rebooted the iPhone and it’s now fixed.

I now have the issue. Strangely works fine with head towards passenger side. Not fine with head straight or towards driver side....

Is that a statement or a question? If a statement, that’s very unusual. If a question, then yes, they are supposed to and don’t. Which I understand can be fixed very easily as has been described earlier in the forum. To date though, I have not had success in getting my lights to work....

That’s not true. People on this forum have confirmed that they get the Adaptive Light menu show up on their dash when they have the PUP - with AP2.5.

Not worried about range impact on those drives, as long as no real impact on battery life. Need to keep car for min 4 years :-)

@hulk2k17 - So I did exactly the above. Customer Support said they dont know what I am talking about....and that they need to create a ticket for my local SC to solve this issue for me. Seems like going round and round in circles. Seems like Tesla is clueless on how to fix cars!

No. Don’t have in the menu. But I think these are adaptive lights....and just need the menus updated....wanted to confirm if others agreed with me that the actual hardware already exists in the car.

Well, I am not going to let them do that....out of principle. They have admitted its an issue, so are legally bound to solve it within a reasonable time-frame. They can’t take months and months...

So the Service Centre says that this is the first they have been advised of this being an issue. They are not aware of this having ever been an issue. I then forwarded them an email which I have received from Tesla sales saying that they acknowledged this being an issue on some cars. SC called...

I am getting similar consumption on MX75D as Op.

I seem to be getting 205 on typical with 100% charge...if I change to ideal (UK model), I get 251. This morning, charged to 80% was 161. Was 164 over the weekend. Could the cold weather be having some kind of impact? I hope the cold weather and short runs does not impact battery life.

And is that causing the battery any harm? Presumably I can also use pre heating and that’s fine as well?

Getting pretty horrible Wh/mi consumption. >500 Wh/mi. Smaller tyres. Model X75D. Admittedly not very long drives. And outside temperature about 8 degrees....but still looks high....no?

Yes... Experience was excellent....Dartford. Don’t remember if you got PUP. Make sure if you did not, you get the turning lights....or get that registered. Having issue with DAB radio....can’t search signals. Otherwise really enjoying it!

Can someone with the latest software (2017.44) please post where the AFS is in settings? Looking at pictures, I think I have Adaptive Headlights, but don’t see the setting in the car to turn on / off. Have non-PUP X delivered yesterday.

Tried that as well

cant get it to show any stations. Anything I can reset for it to try and refresh? Have pressed the DAB refresh button a 100 times already....
