Picking up tomorrow afternoon from Fremont. Been told to expect the contract in the morning. Hoping delivery goes smoothly, I have a ton of errands to run all over town to plenty of time in traffic to fiddle with the new toy!

I wasn’t really referring to breaking distance, more talking to the “braking feel” comments. Wondering if the increased regen is making the brakes feel more responsive during more regular braking maneuvers.

One thing I’m not seeing considered is factoring in the additional regen braking force in the P3D. Compared to the 3LR there is a whole other motor of regen potential. Will be interesting to compare the big brake P to the regular brake P or AWD.

Performance Model 3 Dual Motor, no additional performance upgrade pack. That upgrade included 20” wheels, brakes, spoiler, etc. I believe that this package also had the red calipers. I’ll have the “Dual Motor” badge provided separately and not applied to my car on delivery.

I got a quote for my 2013 GTI from Shift for $11k, KBB “trade-in” range is 13.5k - 15k. KBB instant offer was $13,730, Tesla was $13,650. Heading to Carmax today to get a third opinion. FYI Tesla will match Carmax, they will not match other trade offers. Leaving some money on the table here...

Nope, P3D non perf upgrade running on Aero wheels. I believe they have standard brakes.

There was a form on condition first, but these where the only photos requested.

Have delivery date set for my P3D next week (posted details in other threads). Just got confirmation today that they’ll be able to deliver it debadged (and give me badging for later). Getting excited now for my white ‘sleeper’!

I think I just got lucky with color. Seeing a few days before me other line-waiters get their VIN come up on White AWD / P got me excited. So they got their calls first.

Specifically does it have slots for all four latch connectors?

Any idea if these could be used for kid protection? Do they have slits on the seat side for the LATCH buckles?
