“Stretch marks” on white seats

My 8k mile, 10 month old ‘22 model 3 started having these stretch marks a few months ago on the front drivers seat and starting on the passenger seat.

Anybody else having or had this issue?

Messaged Tesla service and they’re saying it’s “normal wear” and not covered by the warranty.

Given the car is less then a year old and only 8k miles, my wife and I are a bit furious.

The white stretch marks are in fact dirt that can be cleaned. This happened to my white seats after a few months I started to notice it. I used a little Johnson's baby shampoo and a washcloth and I was able to get rid of them. They will come back and I just clean them when it does.

I had same issue. Gyeon Strong ("leather cleaner") worked the best for me.

I will try this out. Still doesn’t help that the seats would do this within 6 months!!! Thank you!

If you wipe them down with baby wipes once a month you won't have to deal with this.

I wipe down my seats at minimum weekly.

I have something similar on the driver's seat. I haven't been great at using baby wipes regularly.

For the past year, I've been following the updates on the refresh 3 "Highland". Those white seats look amazing, but way too many people have complained about the quality of the vegan leather. It's rumored that the refreshed 3 seats will be changed up. Maybe Elon is listening.
