I got a call from the SA manager saying they are going to cover the $1875 too, either a price adjustment or cutting a check. Delivery scheduled for 11st.

I just spoke with Tesla Costa Mesa about missing Federal Incentive.. They are giving me a $1750 credit off the price of the car because I ordered it when they were still promising end of the year delivery... I'm to take delivery tomorrow...

I ordered Mid Nov, scheduled for Dec 30th and got cancelled. Got new VIN and MVPA on 01/02 and scheduled for 01/11, Hope no drama this time.

Which delivery center are you dealing with? I matched to a VIN today, yet my SR in Santa Monica is still saying that they cannot adjust the price or offer any incentives to account for the lost rebate. I ordered 12/1/19.

Picked up my SR+ at Buena Park today. Ordered 10/17/19 and received $1750 off purchase price. Finance agreement reflects that discount as well which comes out to a little over the missed tax rebate.

I was offered the option to take a new MVPA and get the $1875 off the vehicle upfront or get a check within 6 weeks as a refund. Since my CU has already sent the check as of today I don’t want to go back confuse what has already been a crazy process. I did get secondary confirmation today from the delivery specialist who called me and email confirmation from my SA. It’s clear that they will be offering this even on the MVPA as a vehicle discount if needed.

Same here. I'm actually carless. Bought an M3 because my previous car was totaled. I can't get this thing soon enough.

No. My lending agreement says $38940 as purchase price for white/black/aero sr+.

Just from my experience, the SR told me they had a strict deadline on how federal rebate is compensated by Tesla.

For my case, I ordered late and got a VIN assigned to me. They scheduled the appointment at 12/31 and had a confirmation call 12/30. I agreed to it and when I got there, they lost the car. They gave my car away to someone else.

They just gave me store credit for their employee's mistake.

My advice is call twice and confirm with someone else. I scheduled an appointment online and they messed up on that too. Good thing I checked TWICE to get the appointment day right.
