Maybe it happens, maybe it does.
If it does, Tesla won't be able to keep up with demand. As proposed, limited to US made EVs.
Say the trade in value of a 2018 M3 is $26,000,
Tesla pledged to include value of FSD. I doubt it will be 100%, so let's say $6000 if one paid $8000
Plus $10,000 point of sale rebate
=
$6k upgrade to 2021 refresh M3. $16k if keep FSD.
If there is a $50k price cap on the rebate, just add FSD after delivery.
