I wonder if the charger (400 V to 12 V inverter) is working?Hey team,
Replaced my battery with a new OEM unit, voltage checks out fine, but warning is still on screen.
Any tricks or tips (i've tried a restart) before I make a service appointment?
I've found Tesla phone support to be pleasant to deal with and usually very helpful. They can pull logs from your car to see exactly what is going on.Because phone support is universally an awful experience, and because chat was closed for the night.

My presumption would be it is a stored code not an active one and is typically reset when a tech replaced the battery.Hey team,

I've found it is something of a crapshoot. After-hours especially it can be a bear to penetrate the system to talk to an actual human rather than getting an automated "use your App to set up an appointment".I've found Tesla phone support to be pleasant to deal with and usually very helpful. Do you know how to perform a full reset (not just the display reset)?....After replacing the battery,
the replace battery notice was still there until he also disconnected the 12 volt dc to dc converter located under the rear seat.
So I ended up paying about $130 because I did not know that the converter needs to be disconnected to reset the notice.

I read a thread explaining on how to do it but I was not able to find it.
Had the same issue and this is how I cleared the messages. First disconnect the high voltage connector located under the passenger side rear seat. Second power down the computer (under Safety at the bottom of the screen…you need to scroll down). Third disconnect your low voltage battery (12v)…instructions for getting to it can be easily found. Lastly wait awhile..not sure how long but I waited 12 minutes. It may only take 30 seconds but I waited just to be sure. Reconnect LV battery then HV battery. Error messages should be gone.Hey team,

I just did that…and now my Model Y won’t start up. At all. Rear left taillight off and on intermittently and license plate lights on. Everything else shut down. Assuming this means the 12v is dead at this point, was probably being propped up by the HV.Had the same issue and this is how I cleared the messages. The sequence was wrong above. Assuming the replacement battery is good, the order is. 1. Shut of AC and disconnect any USB devices close app (not minimize) wait an about 10 minutes for relays to open and fully shut off do not interact with car it will wake. 2. remove negative 12 volt battery terminal. 3. under RR seat remove HV connector (see you tube videos for accessing under seat and removal). Car is now fully powered off. I wait about 10 minutes at this point but it could be less. 4. Reconnect the HV connector under RR seat. Reconnect the negative 12 volt terminal. Car reboots. BTW, RR door and LF door should remain open for entire operation until down. Otherwise can't open doors once powered off. See it all clears.I just did that…and now my Model Y won’t start up. At all.
