My M3 performance is making its way from Fremont to Texas. Needless to say my delivery specialist hasn’t been helpful at all.

Went to the showroom earlier today and asked them if they can track my car... to my surprise the sales rep got his laptop, logged on to Salesforce and was literally able to Poke the car and got the exact location where my car is within seconds (It left the factory but still in California) wow!

Also he asked me if I wanted to add free 2 year super charging to which I said of course. I didn’t know that was an option. He said anyone taking delivery by end of month Tesla is offering 2 year free supercharging for model 3.

I would advise to get it in writing just in case something happens and they take for ever to honor it. I’m taking delivery tomorrow and got the 2years SC in writing from my SA plus delivery manager. Since the last car we order they did not honor the verbal promise before since did not get it in writing to prove it.

Just got my car today, with the two years of free supercharging. I was told the supercharging offer is valid until the end of September.

How do you know you got the free two years? Does it show up in the paperwork somewhere? I’m picking up this week. SA said it should be no problem to add but I want to make sure it lines up with what other people are seeing.

Log in to your Tesla account, then click the "Manage" button, then click the "view details" button. On the page that comes up, you'll see a "super charger status" section on the right side.

You can also use that page to verify that your car has all the features it is supposed to have.

Thanks. I don't see a supercharger status area on mine yet but maybe it will appear once I'm closer to my delivery date.

Yes, the majority of that page doesn't populate until after you've taken delivery of your car.

Getting something in writing means nothing to Tesla. We purchased a brand new Performance S earlier this year because it included the 3 years free supercharging first quarter promotion. We have several other Teslas that have free SC and it was the final thing that pushed us to make the new purchase. We insisted the FSC be added to our purchase agreement even after they kept assured us it would definitely be added. After 6 months and dozens of calls and emails Tesla has yet to add it to our account. I even confirmed that it was approved before purchasing and took screenshots showing the case file numbers and names of the employees that approved our FSC case. Tesla seems to specialize in passing the buck by saying another department is responsible for adding it and that becomes a circle bring you back round and round. Tesla has no direct contact points for anyone with authority which helps them pass the buck. They seem to intentionally block contact with anyone with authority just to wear customers down.

    Exactly.

Standard response from a Tesla employee,"I'll email the person responsible. They should get back to you on that."
