2013 Model S P85 No Connectivity after update.

So, I’ve had my Tesla for two weeks now. Bought it out of used car lot in Riverside California. Everything worked great, last week it showed a download was available. I hooked to Wi-Fi at home. I downloaded and installed the update right away. Since then, I have had no Bluetooth connectivity, no Wi-Fi connectivity, no access to my microphone in the car.
Update 2020.36.2b8efaffb131, am I the only one?
I have reset screen, disabled/forget car from IPhone. I even did the Remove the 12v battery cable for about 20 minutes to reset. Is there something I’m missing, or is this an indication of worse things to come? Any advice would be helpful.

Yes, I’ve had something similar and am on the same version 2020.36. Generally No Connectivity for voice commands, won’t connect to the app (on two different devices), routing works but with no traffic data, FM stations currently work but have been intermittent the past few days, WiFi has a line through it while driving (I’ve never noticed this before) but I CAN connect to WiFi it seems in my garage. Sure seems to me like the cellular connectivity is out.

Does anyone know where the cellular card/wiring is located in the vehicle?

I have not tried rebooting yet but that is my next step. How do I contact service if I cannot connect to the app?

Well, when I went out to further troubleshoot just now I was forced to reboot because both the instrument cluster display and the large display were black when I entered the car. Once the car restarted it was 48% through the download of 2020.36.3. As it was downloading, I was connected to WiFi and Spotify was playing, I had voice commands and auto navigation seemed to be working again properly with functional mapping. This wasn’t the case when I parked last night. The app is once again working.

It took a bit for the download to resume, but when prompted I told it to install 2020.36.3. Fingers crossed that all my problems are solved.

Everything now seems to be working again. I know show LTE cellular connectivity in the top right corner and there is no slash through the bar graph when I am out of WiFi range.
